Leading a team of seven talented marketers and developers. Defining processes, growing our team, charting a course for digital transformation. Leading e-mail, SEO, PPC, and social activities as well as improving web UX and ADA accessibility. Working across teams to implement best practices such as UTM tracking for offline channels and implementing new tools to drive traffic and conversions.

Improvements in ad targeting and creative resulted in a 36% increase in unique pageviews and a 122% goal conversion increase YoY on a similar budget. Conversion rate raised 75% YoY with abandonment dropping 8%. Improvements to the site and ad targeting resulted in a 12% increase in avg. time on page. Organic search traffic improved by 10%. Invigorated social efforts which resulted in a 146% increase for that channel. Implemented increased attention on e-mail acquisition, growing our mailing list and nurturing new customers for under $5 per completed form.

Digital leads up +54% YoY. Doubled CPC conversions on an unchanged budget by creating more relevant ads and creating highly-converting landing pages. Cost per lead down -43% YoY.

Tripled e-commerce revenue by redesigning the store, adding cart abandonment and rethinking email promotion. E-mail lead conversions up +306% YoY. Created new lead-generating partnerships resulting in an additional 1,500 new leads in the first year. Turned social into a revenue channel focused on ad-based lead conversion.

Saved over $50,000 by renegotiating contracts and removing underperforming agencies.

Lead a website redesign with focus on enhanced UX, higher lead conversions and brand storytelling. Doubled direct and organic conversions. Creatively, acted as photographer and videographer which drove imagery for digital, print, and TV advertising. Designed and launched a new website featuring blogs, a comprehensive document library, and conversion points. Worked across departments to create content to feed marketing channels. Trained colleagues to manage an online technical library.

Found thousands of dollars in cost savings for instance a new “store locator” geolocation service and a new e-mail marketing provider, which the rest of the company also adopted for additional savings.

Built campaigns using social, PPC, display. Designed trade show booths and promotions.

Redesigned website to focus on sales funnel. Introduced live chat to drive digital interest into action. Created a successful social presence (recognized as one of the best nationwide for regional homebuilders) resulting in many digital-based sales conversions.

Created a new system to display floorplans and elevations using one source-of-truth database to power our website and external listings via XML (BDX, Zillow, Trulia, etc.)

Trained employees on ExpressionEngine CMS system. Improved existing systems such as CRM, lead generation, post-purchase surveying.

Managed SEO, SEM, display, email, digital media buying (Pandora) and analytics. Implemented live chat and other sales funnel enhancements. Managed vendors, consultants, and freelancers when needed.
