Over years of agency, freelance, and in-house work, I have found success in finance, manufacturing, construction, healthcare, life science, and other critical sectors.

Well-versed in the technologies used in today's digital marketing stack, I know the right tools to design solutions that scale across devices. My work has enabled organizations of varying scales to gain competitive advantages in their respective industries.

    Driving innovative strategies within marketing technology, finding new tools to grow our company, and collaborating across VPs, designers, and developers. Roadmap owner for marketing and technology. Understand, optimize, enhance the customer journey from discovery to conversion to retention. Manage priorities and communicate work through demos, reports, prensentations, etc. Define KPIs / OKRs that feed into organization goals and mission.

    Product Owner, Marketing Technology: ChemPoint
    Driving innovative strategies within marketing technology, finding new tools to grow our company, and collaborating across VPs, designers and developers. In this position, I have guided the implementation of Google Optimize for testing and personalization, found and implemented a new call tracking provider, pushed UX improvements across 4 websites, lead a diverse project team (onshore/offshore) using DevOps over two-week sprints, pitch roadmaps, and brought a difficult website migration back on track.

    Drove UX, SEO, and site structure improvement for sites in the building industry. Work included designing website mock-ups, articulating the strategy behind those designs, leading clients through restructured site maps, auditing websites for improvement opportunities, and improving internal agency processes. Contract role.

    Digital Marketing Manager: Moneytree

    Led a team of seven marketers and developers. Defined processes, hired two team members, charted a course for digital transformation. Including e-mail, SEO, PPC, and social activities as well as improving web UX and ADA accessibility. Working across teams to implement best practices such as UTM tracking for offline channels and implemented new tools to drive traffic and conversions.

    Account Director: Toolhouse, Inc.
    Drove digital strategy for my client account: Gilead Sciences, one of the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies. I led analytics gathering and reporting, multi-channel marketing, email marketing, and website projects for Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, and Gilead's internal Marketing group.

    Digital Marketing Director: Washington Energy Services

    Digital leads up +54% YoY. Doubled CPC conversions on an unchanged budget by creating more relevant ads and creating highly-converting landing pages. Cost per lead down -43% YoY. Tripled e-commerce revenue by redesigning the store, adding cart abandonment and rethinking email promotion. E-mail lead conversions up +306% YoY. Created new lead-generating partnerships resulting in an additional 1,500 new leads in the first year. Turned social into a revenue channel focused on ad-based lead conversion.

    Managed digital marketing aspects of Accountable Care product for Providence targeting Boeing employees. Drove product innovation through new features, ran UX focus groups, identified bugs and feature enhancements. Interfaced with designers, programmers, design agency and internal teams.

    Digital Marketing Manager: Weyerhaeuser

    Designed and launched a new website featuring blogs, a comprehensive document library, and conversion points. Worked across departments to create content to feed marketing channels. Trained colleagues to manage an online technical library. Found thousands of dollars in cost savings for instance a new “store locator” geolocation service and a new e-mail marketing provider, which the rest of the company also adopted for additional savings.

    Internet Marketing Manager: Quadrant Homes

    Redesigned website to focus on sales funnel. Introduced live chat to drive digital interest into action. Created a successful social presence (recognized as one of the best nationwide for regional homebuilders) resulting in many digital-based sales conversions.

    Managed SEO, SEM, display, email, digital media buying, and analytics. Implemented live chat and other sales funnel enhancements. Managed vendors, consultants, and freelancers when needed.
