Drove digital strategy for my client account: Gilead Sciences, one of the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies. I led analytics gathering and reporting, multi-channel marketing, email marketing, and website projects for Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, and Gilead's internal Marketing group.
Internally at Gilead, I created training videos, handbooks, and more to ensure proper adhesion to brand and technology guidelines established by the Digital Marketing leadership at Gilead.
I also was responsible for growing the business with the client, which I did. I won work for the agency across Gilead teams, expanding from Hep B into Hep C.

Many valuable, long-overdue projects were completed, like the creation of a fun refer-a-friend form, which rewarded word of mouth from customers.
Referred emails are validated on the page and then sent an automatic email with instructions related to the referral program. Referrers are sent an automatic email with a confirmation of their activity.
Other important work included fixing the site's many ADA compliance errors, solving e-mail deliverability issues with a new email marketing stack featuring a MailGun implementation, and implementing a new HR jobs tool.

The challenge was to design a website to communicate the brand clearly while deivering a pleasant and powerful experience. Collect leads, fill the funnel, sell homes.
Dimensional began life in 2009 and Skiilight was called in to help the owners establish an identity. I designed website iterations in 2009, 2014, and 2020.
In 2020, I redesigned the website in a responsive style and a lead generation focus. SEO best practices including 301 redirects ensure a smooth transition to the new location of site pages. A content management system is present to allow for easy maintenance.
This later became the foundation of Eventcamp template. "Necessity of IIT and Application Cases" was held on September 27th, 2012 at Houston, TX.
